　　先和組織方聯(lián)系好，盡量索要日程表，名單，ppt，中方代表講話稿。全部正裝，如果天氣炎熱，注意盡量不要穿短袖襯衣。

　　1、會(huì)議口譯。提前40分鐘到場(chǎng)，和組織方協(xié)調(diào)座位，臺(tái)卡，調(diào)試話筒。尋找筆記本電腦插頭。錄音筆錄音。

　　1. Conference Interpretation. Arrive 40 minutes in advance, coordinate seats, desk cards and debug microphones with the organizer. Look for a laptop plug. Record with a recording pen.

　　2、陪同口譯。熟悉到訪地地理位置，企業(yè)或景點(diǎn)介紹。吃飯時(shí)候根據(jù)主辦方安排協(xié)調(diào)座次。

　　2. Accompanied Interpretation. Familiar with the geographical location of the visiting place, the introduction of enterprises or scenic spots. Coordination seats should be arranged according to the organizer during the meal.

　　3、同聲傳譯。提前40分鐘到場(chǎng)，了解大屏幕位置，調(diào)試耳機(jī)和同聲傳譯設(shè)備，調(diào)節(jié)音量。帶優(yōu)盤請(qǐng)錄音師錄下現(xiàn)場(chǎng)音頻，自己用錄音筆錄音。把打印好的材料有序擺放到箱子里。

　　3. Simultaneous interpretation. Arrive 40 minutes in advance, understand the location of the large screen, debug headphones and simultaneous interpretation equipment, and adjust the volume. 　　1、服裝盡量正裝，不然外賓和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)正裝，譯員穿著隨便很突兀。

　　2、學(xué)會(huì)躲鏡頭。雙方賓客合影，如無(wú)邀請(qǐng)，譯員請(qǐng)回避。如果需要工作照，可以麻煩組織方協(xié)助照相。

　　2. Learn to hide from the camera. The guests of both sides take a group photo. If there is no invitation, the interpreter should avoid it. If you need a work photo, you can ask the organizer to help you take a picture.

　　3、有話筒的口譯注意自己的聲音，不要太大也不要太小。咳嗽請(qǐng)回避。同傳的話有一個(gè)“咳嗽鍵”，如果需要和組織方說(shuō)話或和搭檔交流記得按一下。輪換時(shí)候有切換鍵，注意協(xié)調(diào)好，主動(dòng)切換。
