對于翻譯公司來說，要求譯員必須要具備的當然是語言的能力。翻譯最重要的就是清楚的知道原文所要表達的意思并且將它清楚完善的表達出來，因此譯員必須要具備扎實的語言功底，不僅僅是英語的，中文的也很重要，需要兩門語言都掌握的很透徹。
